Problem narrative This project has been prompted by the numerous partnership challenges that the construction industry faces. First, the industry is in dire need of reforms as far as partnerships for sustainability, growth and productivity is concerned. Therefore, how, when and what should be done to improve the framework for sustainable multi-stakeholder partnership are some of the problem areas that prompted this study. Second, organisations and their institutions that support sustainable partnership and development need to be reformed and reorganized to provide better services for partnerships for sustainable developments (Neumayer et al, 2007).
